Reiki Training: Levels I & II
Reiki is a holistic practice that nurtures the body, emotions, mind, and spirit, offering a wide range of benefits such as deep relaxation, inner peace, security, and overall well-being. Whether you're looking to enhance your at-home wellness toolkit for supporting friends, family, and your living space, or considering a meaningful career shift, Reiki can be the perfect path for you.
Reiki is easy to learn, with only three levels of training to reach the level of Master. The following list describes the two levels of Reiki training that you will receive:
Level I: Also called Reiki I or Shoden in Japanese. This is entry-level Reiki training where you study Reiki history, learn how to perform self-Reiki, and how to give Reiki to someone else, and are initiated (attuned) for life to the Reiki energy.
Level II: Also called Reiki II or Okuden in Japanese. You learn how to use the first three Reiki symbols and how to perform distant Reiki techniques. You receive further attunements to the Reiki energy. After this class, you are considered a Reiki practitioner.

Indie Head Massage
Indie Head Massage is a form of relaxation massage that focuses on the muscles of the neck, shoulders, scalp and face. It uses a variety of techniques to help relieve stress, muscle tension, headaches, insomnia and jaw dysfunction. Andrea expertly targets stress, muscle tension, headaches, insomnia, and jaw dysfunction through specialized techniques on the neck, shoulders, scalp, and face.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a type of ‘talking therapy’, that combines the use of psychotherapy with hypnosis. Hypnosis or ‘trance’ is a very natural, relaxing state, encouraged by using guided relaxation, where the mind can relax and then focus on thoughts and suggestions that might be useful. As a modern psychotherapeutic approach, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy uses practical, structured, and well-researched strategies to help people make significant, positive changes in their lives in a relatively short period of time. Crucially, in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, therapists look at what the client wants to achieve (the solution) rather than at whatever prompted them to seek help (the problem).
